Ingredients: Yellow Split Peas, Cauliflower, Potato, Brown Sugar, Onion,Tomato, Salt, Spices

You will also need: Vegetable oil
Preparation: Add contents to a pot with 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 4 cups water. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer 1.5 hours (or cook on high in slow cooker for 4 hours). Serve with a dollop of yoghurt/non-dairy alternative, if desired. Makes 4.5 cups.
