Ingredients: Ground Tamarind, Green Beans, Mushrooms, Bouillon (Sea Salt, Maize Maltodextrin, Cane Sugar, Natural Vegetable Flavours, Yeast Extract, Onion, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Tumeric), Onion, Broccoli, Salt, Curry Leaves, Spices



Contains: Soy


You will also need: 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk and 60 grams of rice noodles


Preparation: Add all contents to a pot with 3 cups water and 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add 60 grams rice noodles 5 minutes before the end. If desired, serve with sliced tofu and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts. Makes 5 cups.
