Ingredients: Organic Long Grain White Rice, Organic Tomato, Organic Red Bell Pepper, Organic Onion, Spice, Salt, Garlic, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano, Saffron
You will also need: 15 mL olive oil and 1 lemon
Preparation: Add all contents to a heavy pan with 3 cups water and 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon overtop before serving. Makes 4 cups.
