Makes 5 portions
Ingredients: Eston lentils, Potato, Leek, Onion, Carrot, Salt, Spices, seasonings and herbs
Preparation: Add all contents to a pot with 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter/margarine and 5 cups water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. Makes 5 cups.
