Ingredients: Organic Green Lentils, Organic Dehydrated Spinach, Spice, Sugars (cane sugar), Organic Dehydrated Onion, Organic Dehydrated Tomato, Salt, Garlic Powder, Ground Tamarind, Onion Powder
May contain: Wheat, Mustard, Almond, Coconut
You will also need: 1 cup coconut milk (250 mL)
Preparation: Add all contents to a pot with 4 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in 1 cup coconut milk before serving. Makes 5 cups.
