Ingredients: Lentils, Tomato, Spinach, Brown Sugar, Onion, Salt, Spices,
seasonings and herbs
You will also need: 1 cup coconut milk (250 mL)
Preparation: Add all contents to a pot with 4 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in 1 cup coconut milk before serving. Makes 5 cups.
