Ingredients: Black Beans, Onion, Bell Peppers, Tomato, Salt, Carrot, Celery, Cider Vinegar, Spices and Fine Herbs

 

Allergies: None

 

You will also need: olive oil

 

Preparation: Add all contents to slow cooker (or pot) with 30 mL olive oil and 2 ¾ cups (660 mL) water. Cook in slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, or bring to a boil on the stovetop and then simmer, covered, for 1 ½ hours. Makes 3 cups.
