Makes 5 portions


Ingredients: Button mushrooms, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Cornstarch, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Spices, Seasonings andHerbs


Allergies: None


You will also need: 2 cups non-dairy milk (or 1 cup milk + 1 cup heavy cream)


Preparation: Add all contents to a pot with 3 cups (750 mL) COLD water and 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter / margarine. Stir well. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream (or 2 cups no-dairy milk) and simmer for another 5 minutes. Makes 5 cups.
