Ingredients: Red Lentils*, Coconut*, Onion*, Spice, Salt, Sugars (cane sugar), Garlic, Mustard Seed, Bay Leaf
* = organic
You will also need: vegetable oil
Preparation: Add contents to a pot with 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil and 3 cups hot water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring a few times to prevent from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Makes 3 ¼ cups.
