Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad
1 tbsp Savvy Pantry Korean BBQ seasoning mix
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped scallion
1 tsp white or rice vinegar
1 Korean cucumber or 2 lebanese cucumbers (do not peel)
Mix together the oil, garlic, seasoning mix, vinegar and scallion.
Slice the cucumbers.
Mix the cucumber into the sauce.
