Moroccan spiced whole roasted cauliflower


Serves 6-8


So simple and so delicious!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower head

  • 1.5 tbsp SP couscous spice mix

  • 3 tbsp olive oil


PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  2. In a large bowl combine spice and oil, then rub the head of cauliflower into it. Try to get as much of the head coated in the mixture as possible.

  3. Set the cauliflower onto sheet of aluminum foil, drizzle whatever remaining oil and spice mixture is left then wrap so that it is completely enclosed.

  4. Bake at for 1 hour, or until soft when you put a fork through.
