Moroccan Spiced Sweet Potatoes


Serves 4


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Savvy Pantry Moroccan Spice seasoning mix

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges


PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  2. Mix oil and seasoning mix together.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges in the spice and oil mixture.

  4. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent sticking and to brown evenly.
