Moroccan Spiced Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Savvy Pantry Moroccan Spice seasoning mix
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Mix oil and seasoning mix together.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges in the spice and oil mixture.
Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent sticking and to brown evenly.
