What happens if an item is not in stock?
At Savvy Pantry, our best efforts are put towards maintaining an updated inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified promptly and given the choice between choosing a different product or receiving the out-of-stock item as an extra (no cost) item in your next monthly box.
I lost the directions on how to prepare one of your products, where can I find them?
You will find the preparation instructions for each item on its product page of our online store.
Are your soup mixes organic or kosher?
No, they have not been certified organic or kosher, but the ingredients are all natural and contain no preservatives.
I am allergic (or intolerant) to an ingredient, what should I do?
Simply choose products that do not contain the ingredient you are allergic to.
All ingredients are listed on the product details page. Don’t hesitate to email us at to request a list of products that do not include the ingredient(s) that you are allergic to!
How does it work?
You can choose between three formats of our monthly subscription box. You will always be able to choose which products you receive in each monthly box, or to receive the standard curated box if you prefer. Note that you can change or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can always cancel your subscription, free of charge by completing the form here. You must do this at least 3 business days before your billing date in order to cancel billing for your next scheduled box.
How do I change my subscription?
Changed your mind about which monthly box you want? No problem! Simply cancel your subscription by completing the form here, and order a new subscription to your box of choice via our webstore.
Is it possible to buy only one box, without subscribing?
No, but it is possible to unsubscribe anytime at no cost.
I want to offer a subscription as a gift, is it possible?
Certainly! You can contact us by email at email@example.com and we will happily assist you in setting up a gift-subscription. Please note that the minimum purchase is three (3) months and that a one-time payment will be required. The boxes will be delivered every month until the subscription expires, after which the deliveries will stop automatically.
When will you bill my credit card?
It depends on when you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 5th day of the month, your next payment will be on the 5th day of the following month. We will send your box 2-4 days after receiving the payment.
How are orders delivered?
The delivery is made everywhere in Canada by Canada Post.
Do you ship to the U.S. or internationally?
Unfortunately no. Currently our products are only available in Canada.
What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
For all orders delivered within Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. For all orders shipped to Western Canadian Provinces, allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?
If the delivery person from Canada Post cannot leave the package in a secure location, they will leave a card in your mailbox, with which you will be able to pick up the package at the closest post office.
When do you send the subscription boxes?
Wednesdays and Fridays. Depending on where you live, you can expect your box to arrive in a few days to about a week.
Can I swing by your offices to pick up my box?
Unfortunately no. Due to current circumstances, we do not receive any visitors at our offices.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all subscription boxes and for orders of $40 and greater. Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 is applied.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept all of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to satisfy you.
